Carving in the Classroom

I wrote this one in high school, it's ya' know, about that kid; there's one in every class.

CARVING IN THE CLASSROOM
Maddie McGuire
(c) 2001 GirlMoon Music

(G)(F)
You're always runnin' around in circles
(C)(Am)
You're always diggin' your own holes
(G)(F)(C)(Am)
Always worryin' about what you don't know
(G)(F)
Your hands are always shaking
(C)(Am)
When you don't understand
(G)(F)(C)(Am)
Why you feel like yo can't find any friends

{chorus one}
(E)(F)
You scream, "Don't worry about me,
(G)
I'll set my own self free
(Am)
Can't you still see me
(C)(D)
Carving my name in the classroom?"

{chorus two}
You scream, "You don't know about me
and all I'm forced to be.
Can't you still see me
Carving my name in the classroom?"

You're always hiding in the dark
dirty little corners of this town
When folks words start bringin' you down
You're always feelin' low down
I wish I could try to help you out
but you won't tel me what it's really about

{repeat chorus one, repeat chorus two, then repeat chorus one again}

Ya know in that 90's rock stuff.
